In the last week of May, 2010, the Media carried the news that there was a flotilla of five boats and a ship with humanitarian aid heading to Gaza to break the blockade imposed by Israel in 2007. This blockade was imposed by Israel because of the thousands of deadly Qassam and Katyusha rockets fired by the Hamas government from Gaza into Israel to destroy the state of Israel and drive out the Israelis.
The Israeli blockade imposed on Gaza (to protect her people from that constant rockets fired from Gaza by Hamas), is the common ground for the Arabic nations, headed by Islamic Turkey; to finally drive the Israelis out of the land of Israel. The Arabs have made several wars against Israel since she became an Independent state in 1948. The Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) founded by the late Yassir Arafat in 1967 and also Hamas (which won the Election in Gaza in 2006), founded in 1987 by Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Abdel Aziz al-Rantissi and Mohammad Taha of the Palestinian wing of Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood, both came into being to destroy the state of Israel. Both organisations have killed and maimed many in Israel through suicide bombings and other terrorist attacks. Hamas has used mainly rockets and it is estimated that at least 7,000 rockets have been fired on Israel from Gaza. Hence the blockade placed by Israel to protect the Israelis.
On May 31, 2010, the media focussed on Israel intercepting the flotilla in international waters which was bound for Gaza with humanitarian aid. During the interception, nine persons died on the Turkish ship, the Mavi Marmara. The deaths brought an outcry and condemnation on the Israeli Government, who is determined to maintain the blockade on Gaza to protect her people from weapons and other missiles getting in the possession of Hamas. Hamas (labelled a terrorist organisation by many western governments) won the Election in Gaza in 2006 under the manifesto to destroy the Israelis and return the land to the Palestinians.
Turkey, an Islamic country, who was once friendly toward Israel and traded with her, has cut ties with her and has become the organiser of the flotillas. Many countries have joined with Turkey to break the blockade and to free Gaza. They have said they will continue to send flotillas until the blockade is broken. Turkey’s president, Abdullah Gül, has made known his intention to accompany the flotilla from Turkey along with the Turkish Navy and break the blockade on Gaza.
One of the close allies of Turkey in the Gaza campaign is the Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who is very hostile to Israel and has openly declared that Israel is to be wiped off the map. Iran has planned her own flotilla into Gaza accompanied by Iranian Republican Guard to protect future convoys. Likewise, Hezbollah in Lebanon has also organized its own flotilla to Gaza. Even as I write the flotillas from these various Islamic nations are sailing to Gaza.
In many countries there have been organised protests concerning the interception of the flotillas by Israel and for the fatalities on the Turkish ship on May 31, 2010. These organised protests are set to continue. Many believe that these flotillas and subsequent actions will lead to Israel’s demise. The actions being taken against Israel by using the blockade in Gaza, is just the tip of the iceberg. It is another way of the Arabic nations to launch their final assault on Israel and remove her from the land. In addition through the guise of humanitarian aid, they had brought other countries on board to give credence to their offensive. It is believed that once Israel is no more, the land will be given back to the Arabs and will come under full Islamic rule.
WHO IS TURKEY AND WHY IS THE PRESIDENT HEADING THE MISSION TO FREE GAZA??
“The Republic of Turkey, which was officially proclaimed on October 29, 1923, succeeded the Ottoman Empire which fell to the British in the First World War in 1917. The Ottoman Empire or Turkish Empire spanned a period from 1299–1923”.
“The Ottoman Empire was a vast state founded in the late 13th century by Turkish tribes in Anatolia and ruled by the descendants of Osman I until its dissolution in 1918. Modern Turkey formed only part of the empire, but the terms Turkey and Ottoman Empire were often used interchangeably”1
“At the height of its power (16th–17th century), it spanned three continents, controlling much of Southeastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. It stretched from the Strait of Gibraltar (and, in 1553, the Atlantic coast of Morocco beyond Gibraltar) in the west to the Caspian Sea and Persian Gulf in the east, and from the edge of Austria, Hungry and parts of Ukraine in the north to Sudan, Eritrea, Somalia and Yemen in the south. The Ottoman Empire contained 29 provinces, in addition to the tributary principalities of Moldavia, Transylvania, and Wallachia”. 2
“The empire was at the centre of interactions between the Eastern and Western worlds for six centuries. With Constantinople (Istanbul) as its capital city, and lands during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent which largely corresponded to the lands ruled by Justinian the Great exactly 1000 years earlier, the Ottoman Empire was, in many respects, an Islamic successor to the Eastern Roman (Byzantine Empire”.2
The Ottoman army was said to be one of the most feared fighting forces in the world but it began to decline after the mid 17th century. 3
The following are two quotes of how the armies of the Ottoman Empire was regarded:
“1683 - We 'Europeans' know that ‘Turks’ were part of the heathen horde that swarmed out of the Central Asian steppes wreaking mayhem and terror on Christendom and Western civilization until they were finally turned back from the gates of Vienna in 1683”.4
“1683 - Devastating Muslim holy wars ravaged the populations of Eastern and Southern Europe, and retarded their progress, until the defeat of the Turks in Vienna in 1683. The Ottoman Empire did not relinquish its hold on Southeastern Europe”.4
“From 1517-1917 Turkey’s Ottoman Empire controlled a vast Arab empire, a portion of which is today Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine. During World War I (1914-1918), Turkey supported Germany. When Germany was defeated, so were the Turks. In 1916 control of the southern portion of their Ottoman Empire was "mandated" to France and Britain under the Sykes-Picot Agreement, which divided the Arab region into zones of influence. Lebanon and Syria were assigned (mandated) to France... and "Palestine" (today's Jordan, Israel and "West Bank") was mandated to Great Britain”. 5.
Turkey had one of the greatest empires, the Ottoman Empire, which lasted for a good six hundred years. It was brought to an end by the British in the First World War in 1917. For four hundred years the Ottoman Empire controlled the Middle east including Israel (renamed Palestine after World War 1). By heading the campaign to get humanitarian aid to Gaza and to remove the blockade, supported by the Arab world and many other countries around the world, Turkey is making her bid to get back on the world’s political stage as one of the main leaders. Turkey is known for her human rights abuses which has kept out of the European community. Turkey, an Islamic nation, is now uniting the Islamic nations (and other nations) in their attempt to fight against Israel and finally exterminate her.
WHY ARE THERE HOSTILITES BETWEEN THE ARABS AND THE ISRAELIS, AND IN PARTICULAR THE PALESTINIANS??
In order to understand the situation between Israel and her neighbors and the blockade imposed on Gaza since 2007, we need to have an understanding why there are prevailing hostilities.
The Jews or the children of Israel, to whom Yahweh gave the land of Israel three thousand years ago, were captured by the Romans; who began to drive them out of Israel including East Jerusalem in 70 A.D. Although most of the Jews were driven out of Israel many were left behind so that there were always Jews in Israel. Eventually those who were driven out, were scattered in over a hundred countries around the world. This was in fulfilment of a prophecy Moses told their ancestors would befall them if they were disobedient to Yahweh their Elohim (Deuteronomy 28: 63-65). Yahweh, however had promised that He would gather them from among the nations and bring them back to their own land (Ezekiel 20:33, 34).
For almost two thousand years while most of the Jews were in exile, the land was ruled by various nations including the Romans, the Byzantines, the Arabs, Egyptians, the Crusaders, the Mamelukes and the Turks. The great Ottoman Empire of Turkey, which was an Islamic Empire, had dominated and ruled Israel for four hundred years from 1517-1917.
During the First World War in 1917 the Ottoman Empire in the Middle East fell to the British and brought and end to her rule in Israel. The British re-named the land of Israel, Palestine and were in power until May 14, 1948, when Israel declared her Independence and became sovereign state (from the homeland she was allocated under the British Balfour Declaration). 8b
The history recorded of the Jews is that they were greatly persecuted and massacred in many of the lands where they were exiled, including their extermination in parts of Europe by Adolph Hitler. They were also persecuted by the nations who ruled Israel from 70 A.D., until their independence in 1948.
In the 1880s the Jews began to return to Israel from many lands and the numbers of Jews increased. This was in fulfilment of the prophecies, including Ezekiel 20:33, 34 which Elohim Yahweh gave about their return to the land of their ancestors. In the 1880s “Israel was a land of sand, swamps, barchash flies, malaria, trachoma and typhus. Infant mortality rates were staggering. Almost everyone was poor”. 8
During the time of the holocaust when over six million Jews were exterminated in parts of Europe, many Jews began to return to Israel, the land of their ancestors, to seek refuge. Many were inhumanely treated by the British, who were ruling Palestine, and were barred from entering Israel. Among those who were barred were over 4,000 Jews on the ship, Exodus, who were refused entry and put on another vessel and sent back to their deaths in Europe. 9 Since Israel gained her Independence in 1948, Jews from all around the world have returned to Israel and continue to do so.
GIVING A HOMELAND TO THE JEWS!!
When the Ottoman fell to the British in 1917, the League of Nations Mandate “formally assigned the Palestine mandate to the United Kingdom; endorsing the terms of the Balfour Declaration and additionally requiring the creation of an independent Agency Jewish that would administer Jewish affairs in Palestine.9b
It is also recorded that “When the British conquered the Middle-East in 1917, they created two states. The first was renamed "Palestine". It included modern Israel, the West-Bank, Gaza and Jordan. The second state was called "Mesopotamia" and was made out of several Ottoman regions around Baghdad. It was later renamed "Iraq"”.10
“Britain divided “Palestine” into Jordan and Israel. Jordan the greater portion the land was given to the Palestinian Arabs. Israel, under the Balfour Declaration of 1917 Agreement to give the Jews a homeland in Palestine”.10a was given the smaller portion”.
It is also recorded: “The Arab nations are represented by 21 separate countries …. There is only one Jewish nation with a tiny country, Israel. The combined territories of Arab countries is 650 fold greater than Israel …( Their population is 50 fold greater than Israel”. 10.b Concerning this it is written:
“In 1923, the British divided the "Palestine" portion of the Ottoman Empire into two administrative districts. Jews would be permitted only west of the Jordan river. In effect, the British had "chopped off" 75% of the originally proposed Jewish Palestinian homeland to form an Arab Palestinian nation called Trans-Jordan (meaning "across the Jordan River"). This territory east of the Jordan River was given to Emir Abdullah (from Hejaz, now Saudi Arabia) … This portion of Palestine was renamed Trans-Jordan. Trans-Jordan would again be renamed "Jordan" in 1946. In other words, the eastern 3/4 of Palestine would be renamed TWICE, in effect, erasing all connection to the name "Palestine!" … The remaining 25% of Palestine (now WEST of the Jordan River) was to be the Jewish Palestinian homeland”. 10c
The portion which was given to the Israelis by the British consisted of Israel, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. Sharing the land with the Jews was unacceptable to the Arabs, who had fought in World War I, upon the premise that all the land would be given to them. At the same time, a homeland in Palestine (Ancient Israel) had been promised to the Jews. Thus when Palestine was divided up and part of the territory given to the Jews, the Arabs were angry because they had fought and shed their blood in the War for the land, and they were not prepared to share it with the Jews. This led to great hostilities even before the land was partitioned in 1923. In 1929 the Arabs massacred many Jews in Hebron and drove the rest out and again in during the 1936-39 "Arab Revolt."11 The Jews on the other hand, also fought back and there were casualties on both sides.
WARS LAUNCHED AGAINST ISRAEL SINCE 1948
The hatred of the Arabs for the Jews did not abate and when it was known that Israel was to become an Independent State. It inflamed and fuelled the hatred of the Arabic nations, who prepared for War with Israel as soon as she declared independence.
On May 14, 1948, when the British Mandate ended in Palestine, and Israel became an Independent State; the armies of seven Arab States, consisting of Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Yemen, who were poised and waiting and invaded Israel immediately. They attacked her on May 15, 1948 and during that War of Independence, the Israelis lost Gaza and the West Bank and East Jerusalem, their most holy site. Although such large armies had gathered against Israel, she was victorious over her enemies, through Yahweh, her Elohim, Who stood by her and fought her battles.
Since that War of Independence which ended in 1949, the Arabs have launched several wars against Israel in their attempt to wipe her out and take over the country, which is part of the lands of Ancient Israel, which Yahweh gave to their ancestors 3000 years ago after their return to Canaan from Egypt. In May, 1967, the Egyptian, Jordanian and Syrian armies, joined together to exterminate the Jews once again. They had the support of the Arab world, including Saudi Arabia and Iraq. They were sure of victory and announced to the world their plan to exterminate the Jews. I still remember hearing the announcement when it was made.
On June 5, 1967, Jordan began her assault on Israel. At that time, Israel stood alone as everyone, including the U.S.A. and Britain, deserted and left her to her fate. Israel was left with no alternative but to launch a war of self-defense against her enemies. Once again, and beyond all odds, in six short days Israel won the War over the large armies which came against her. She gained control over the Sinai Peninsula, the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights. She won the war because once again Yahweh, her Elohim and the Elohim of angel armies, was with her and fought her battles.
The Arabic hostilities against the Israelis are on-going because of the part of the country of Palestine which was given to them by the British in 1923. Added to the anger of the Arabs, is the loss of lands including the old city of East Jerusalem which Israel re-captured in the 1967 Six Day War, when the Arabic nations joined together to exterminate her. Since 1948 Israel has had to fight eight major wars for her preservation.12 The hostilities against her are ongoing and will not stop until our Saviour, Yahushua Ha Mashiach, returns and deliver them from their enemies.
The history of the Palestinians and the Jews is a troubled and bloodied one because of the partitioning of the British Mandatory Territory of Palestine. It must be noted, however, that the hatred, persecution, driving out and massacring of the Jews by the Arabs, did not begin with the division of Palestine after World War I. These hostilities go back as far as A.D. 638, when Jerusalem and other lands in the Middle East (Ancient Israel), including Syria and Egypt came under the Arab Islamic Empire.13
WHO ARE THE PRESENT PALESTIANS AND WHY DO THEY WANT THEIR OWN STATE?
When the Ottoman Empire fell to Britain and she took charge of the British Mandatory territories, Britain renamed the land “Palestine”. Both Jews and Arabs were then called Palestinians. The land was divided between the Palestinians as we read:
“In 1917 Great Britain issued the Balfour Declaration for "the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people". In 1922 Britain allocated nearly 80% of Palestine to Transjordan. Thus, Jordan covers the majority of the land of Palestine under British Mandate. Jordan also includes the majority of the Arabs who lived there. In other words, Jordan is the Arab portion of Palestine.
The residents of Palestine are called "Palestinians". Since Palestine includes both modern day Israel and Jordan both Arab and Jewish residents of this area were referred to as "Palestinians"”.14
After the division of Palestine in 1923, there were no Palestinian refugees. The refuge problem came about after the 1967 Six Day Arab-Israeli War, which was brought on by the Arabic nations bent on exterminating the Israelis. Those Arabic Islamic countries were Egypt, Jordan, and Syria. Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tunisia, Morocco and also contributed troops and arms.15
At that time Israel stood alone as she was deserted by the western nations. She had no alternative but to launch a preemptive war on Egypt. Jordan then attacked West Jerusalem and Netanya. Although there was a great army against Israel, Yahweh her Elohim, fought for her and within six days restored to her the Sinai Peninsula, the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, Eastern Jerusalem and the Golan Heights.
Many of the people at that time left the captured areas and ended up in the present refugee camps and became known as the Palestinians. The people who remained in Israel after the 1967 War became Israeli Arabs. Those who are now in the camps brought on by the 1967 Six Day War to exterminate the Israelis, now demand the return of all lands captured by Israel and their own Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as their capital.
THE DETERMINATION OF THE ARABS TO RECLAIM THE TERRITORY LOST IN 1967
Yassir Arafat, an Egyptian, who had taken up arms against the state of Israel as early as 1947, even before she declared her independence in 1948, began the Al-Fatah Movement in 1967 to win back the mandated lands from Israel. In 1968 he became president of the PLO, whose Charter called for the destruction of the State of Israel. The Charter remains the same under the present PLO leader, Mahmoud Abbas.16
As president of the PLO, the late Yassir Arafat began the campaign for a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as the Capital. When he signed the Declaration of Principles on the White House lawn in 1993, he explained his actions on Jordan TV. At that time he said:
"Since we cannot defeat Israel in war, we do this in stages. We take any and every territory that we can of Palestine, and establish a sovereignty there, and we use it as a springboard to take more. When the time comes, we can get the Arab nations to join us for the final blow against Israel." 17
In 2006, Hamas or Islamic Resistant Movement, which was founded in 198718, and labeled a terrorist organisation by some western countries, began it’s Intifada against Israel through protests, riots and violence. Hamas won the Election from Fatah over the Palestinian areas. Hamas made war with Fatah in 2008 and gained control over Gaza. A part of Hamas’ manifesto on which the Election was won in 2006, was the destruction of the state of Israel, which was widely reported over the media. Thousands of rockets were fired into western Israel by Hamas, which brought Israeli response with air power. There were also suicide bombings carried out by Hamas in Israel.
Eventually there was a cease fire by the Israeli government with Hamas but it was broken. This led to Israel putting a blockade on Gaza in 2007 ensuring that all goods and materials going into Gaza must go by land through Israel. The blockade has caused suffering and hardship to the people of Gaza which has led to the flotillas with humanitarian aid which are now going to Gaza.
The present situation between Israel and Gaza and the organised flotillas is a very serious one and not one to be taken lightly. In order to understand the serious nature of what is truly happening there in the Middle East, and in particular to the Israelis; it is important that we go beyond the present blockade in Gaza and Israel’s determination to protect her people, to what has led up to the present hostilities. We therefore need to go back to the time of Abraham, the ancestor of the Israelites and also the Arabs in the Middle East. It is a very long history but I will make mention of just a little.
SHORT HISTORY OF THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL!!
Four thousand years ago Elohim Yahweh, the Creator, called Abraham when he was seventy five years old from Ur of the Chaldees, the present Iraq. He led him to the land of Canaan. At that time Yahweh told Abraham that through him all the world would be blessed (Genesis 12:1-3). At that time he no children but Yahweh had promised him that he would have a son and that his descendants would go into Egypt and into captivity for four hundred and thirty years and then they would be brought again to their own land in Canaan (Genesis 15:13-16).
Abraham’s wife, Sarah, was ten years his junior but as the years went by and she did not conceive, she doubted Yahweh's promise that she would bear a son and heir for her husband because she had long passed the child- bearing age. Sarah had a maid whose name was Hagar and she decided that she would allow her to bear her husband a son and heir. She gave Hagar to Abraham and she conceived and bore him a son by the name of Ishmael. That decision of Sarah brought much grief to her and her household.
Yahweh had not forgotten His Promise to Abraham and told him that he would have a son, Isaac, who would be his heir. At that time Elohim Yahweh assured Abraham that He would make His covenant with Isaac and his seed forever (Genesis 17). When Abraham was one hundred years old and Sarah, ninety years old, Elohim Yahweh blessed them and gave them their son, Isaac. Troubles continued in Abraham’s household because of the child, Ishmael, whom he had with Hagar. This led to Hagar and Ishmael being sent away from his household but Yahweh blessed Ishmael (Genesis 17: 20; Genesis 21: 1-21). The pain of Ishmael being sent away from his paternal home did not go away. The descendants of Ishmael, who are among the Arabs, are still affected by what was done to their ancestor, Ishmael.
In time Sarah died and Abraham took a wife by the name of Keturah, with whom he had six sons. Before his death Abraham gave gifts to his seven sons and sent them off to the East country or Arabia, away from Isaac, the child of promise, to whom he gave his possessions (Genesis 25: 1-6).
Isaac had two sons, Esau and Jacob. Elohim Yahweh choose Jacob and in time changed his name to Israel and blessed him. Moreover, Yahweh promised Jacob and all his seed, all the lands He promised and given to Abraham and Isaac (Genesis 28: 13-15; Genesis 35: 9-13).
Jacob had twelve sons whose descendants are still known as the children of Israel. The time came when there was a severe famine in the world and Israel and his household of sixty nine souls were forced to go to Egypt, where his eleventh son, Joseph was the governor. Yahweh had sent Joseph ahead years before, made him governor of Egypt and through him had stored food for the time of famine. Through Joseph, Elohim Yahweh preserved the lives of the people as well as the lives of Israel and his household.
In time the Israel and those who went with him to Egypt died. After their deaths the Israelites were taken into slavery and after being in Egypt for four hundred and thirty years, Elohim Yahweh raised up a leader, Moses, for them. He then worked great signs and wonders in Egypt on their behalf and brought them out of slavery, in fulfilment of His promise to Abraham at least six hundred years before ( Exodus 3-12;Exodus 12: 40, 41).
From Egypt Elohim Yahweh led the children of Israel, now a great multitude, through the Red Sea and into the wilderness back to Canaan, the land of their ancestors. The journey should have taken them eleven days but because of their grumblings and complaining and rebellion at times, they were in the wilderness for forty years. Elohim Yahweh, however, did not abandon them. For forty years He fed them with manna from Heaven and provided water for them from a rock and provided for all their needs. That rock from which they received their water supply was Elohim Yahweh or Yahushua Himself (Exodus 16:35; 1 Corinthians 10: 3, 4). By day He protected them by a pillar of cloud from the heat of the sun, predators and enemies. By night He protected and gave them heat by a pillar of fire (Exodus 13:21; Exodus 17: 6).
During the forty years in the wilderness Elohim Yahweh was always with the children of Israel. Through His servant Moses He instructed and taught them and also spoke to them in a audible voice from Mount Sinai when He gave them the Law of Ten commandments. Before the death of Moses, their leader, he reminded the children of Israel what Elohim Yahweh had done for them (recorded in the Book of Deuteronomy). In Deuteronomy 28, Moses told the children of Israel the blessings which would follow them if they were obedient to their Elohim and also the curses which would come upon them if they were disobedient. Among the curses was that which is written in Deuteronomy 28: 64:
“And [Elohim] the Lord shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other. . .”
After forty years in the wilderness, Elohim Yahweh brought the children of Israel back to the land of Canaan and gave them all the lands He had promised their ancestors, Abraham, Isaac and Israel. At that time under the new leader Joshua, Elohim Yahweh told him:
“ 3 Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. 4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast”. Joshua 3,4.
In time the children of Israel forsook their Elohim and the curses came upon them. Several times they were taken into captivity but in time they returned to their land of Canaan. In 70 A.D Jerusalem was over run by the Romans and most of the Jews were driven out. Between 133-135 A.D., most of the Jews were driven out of Israel,19 however they were Jews who remained in Israel so that there was always a Jewish presence in Israel. Those who were driven out were eventually scattered throughout the nations of the world for almost two thousand years in fulfilment of Luke 21: 24:
“And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations”:
Yahweh had made them a promise that they would return to their own land. Concerning this we read in Ezekiel 20:33, 34, 41,42:
“33 As I live, saith [Adonai Elohim] the Lord God, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you: 34 and I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out. . .
41 I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen. 42 And ye shall know that I am [Adonai] the Lord, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers”.
SIGNS YAHUSHUA GAVE OF HIS RETURN TO THIS WORLD!!
Before Yahushua suffered and died for us, He gave some of the signs which would indicate when His return would be. Among those signs, we read in Luke 21: 24:
“. . . and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
We also read in Luke 21: 25-28:
“25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26 men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh”.
Due to the lands which Israel captured in 1967 and which her Elohim miraculously gave back to her, the western nations led by the USA drew up the Road Map and Land for Peace Treaty. This led to the Sinai Peninsula being returned to Egypt and Gaza to the present Palestinians. Syria wants back the Golan Heights and hostilities continues because of the lands Israel still occupies. The hostilities have been heightened because of East Jerusalem which the present Palestinians want as their Capital in order to have their own Palestinian State.
At the Annapolis Peace Summit in Maryland, in November 2007, it was voted that Jerusalem should be divided and part given to be the capital of the new Palestinian state.20 Israel, however has not relinquished any part of the city of East Jerusalem and great pressure has been placed upon her to comply with the decision of the Annapolis Peace Summit. President Bush tried to make it a reality and failed. As soon as his successor, President Barak Obama, came into office in January 2009, he took up the cause for East Jerusalem to be the Palestinian Capital. For his attempt in the Israeli/Palestinian cause, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Price in 2009. In spite of this, he, too, has failed in his attempt to solve the matter and now he plans to call a world summit if the matter is not resolved before the end of 2010.
GAZA FLOTILLAS _NEW AND DETERMINED WAR TO EXTERMINATE ISRAEL!!
Israel now has her back against the wall as a she tries to protect her people from extermination. The nations of the world, whether intentional or un-intentional have joined with the Arabic nations and declared war on her through the flotillas which are now being sent to break the blockade and free the people living in Gaza.
Getting humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza and removing the blockade seem to be innocent and humane but the matter goes far beyond humanitarian aid. The matter is a very grave and serious one. The Gaza conflict has united the Arab world and under Turkey, once friendly to Israel, the beginning of their final offensive to exterminate Israel has now begun. It is hoped that all lands occupied by Israel will then be Arabic and under Islamic rule. Likewise, the city of East Jerusalem will finally become the capital of the Palestinian state.
Many countries have seen Israel as the aggressor and are in sympathy with the Palestinian cause. Hence the reason they have joined with Turkey to liberate the people of Gaza. Many are blind to what is really taking place and are unable to see the bigger picture. Therefore, they are unable to perceive that the real reason for the flotillas is to declare war on Israel so that she can be exterminated by her enemies. That is the intention and determination of the Arabic countries since Israel was given a homeland in 1923 and hence the many wars they have mounted against her. Thus by the present offensive brought about by the blockade in Gaza, the Arabic nations have set in motion the first stage of their offensive to wipe out the Jews and take back the land which was given to Israel.
It is their hope and intention that once the Jews are no longer in Israel, the land of their ancestors, the whole Middle East will become fully Islamic. That however, will not be the end because the next push will be for Islam to take over the rest of the world and impose Sharia Law and world domination. Hence the reason there are so many Islamic terrorist strikes in western countries.
WILL ISRAEL BE EXTERMINATED? IS THIS THE TIME OF HER DEMISE??
The intention of the Arabic nations is to exterminate Israel and take over the lands she occupies. However, being Islamic they do not know the Elohim of the Israelis, Yahweh Elohim. Neither do they know His Word. Nothing is unknown to Elohim Yahweh of host and over 2600 ago the Psalmist wrote about this very time. Thus is written in Psalm 83: 1-4:
“Keep not thou silence, O [Yahweh] God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O [Elohim] God.
2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.
3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.
4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
5 For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee”
Therefore in answer to those who have conspired together to destroy Israel, the descendants of His friend Abraham, with whom He made His covenant, Yahweh says in Jeremiah 31:35 -37:
“ 35 Thus saith [Adonai] the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; [Adonai] The Lord of hosts is his name: 36 if those ordinances depart from before me, saith [Adonai] the Lord, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. 37 Thus saith [Adonai] the Lord; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith [Yahweh] the Lord”.
Therefore, it is important to know how serious these times are because the Islamic nations are well organised and are determined to destroy Israel as they have tired to do since Israel became an Independent State in 1948. However, they do not know that they cannot destroy Israel because of what Yahweh says in His Word concerning Israel. This is what He says in Jeremiah 31:35-37:
“35 Thus saith [Adonai] the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; [Yahweh] The Lord of hosts is his name: 36 if those ordinances depart from before me, saith [Adonai] the Lord, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. 37 Thus saith [Adonai ] the Lord; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith [Adonai] the Lord.
The Arabic nations along with those who have joined with them, are unaware that Israel’s demise spells demise for the entire world. This is because Israel’s Elohim, the only true omnipotent Elohim, her Creator, Yahweh, will not give her over to the will of her enemies. Hence the reason they have never won a war against Israel, that very small nation among them.
Yahweh has confirmed in His Word that it is only if the sun, moon and stars are no more; and likewise, if the heavens can be measured and the foundations beneath the earth can be searched out, that Israel would be no longer. Therefore, it is a very serious time for the entire world because Elohim Yahweh will deal with the enemies of Israel as He has dealt with her enemies since ancient times, including the Assyrians and Babylonians (1 Kings 20; Isaiah 37; Jeremiah 50). HE WILL SURELY DELIVER ISRAEL!!!
THE ROLE OF THE USA IN THE AFFAIRS OF ISRAEL!! ARE DISASTERS IN THE USA THE DISPLAY OF YAHWEH'S WRATH???
Since Israel won the war in 1967 when Yahweh came to her aid (being deserted by the western nations) and returned the lands she captured, the USA has been at the forefront to have the lands returned to the Arabs. The USA has held many summits and each time she does there has been notable disasters in the USA. Likewise, each time she has forced Israel’s hand to hand back lands, she has paid a heavy price. One example is that of Gaza when it was returned in 2005 to the Palestinians. A week later on August 28, 2005, the southern coast of the USA, in particular the city of New Orleans, was hit by hurricane Katrina, one of the severest hurricanes she has ever experienced. This was followed a month later by hurricane Rita, another devastating hurricane. One quote about these storms, says:
“On August 29, 2005, Hurricane Katrina made landfall on the Gulf Coast of the United States. Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, which hit one month later, were two of the most intense hurricanes ever recorded in the nation’s history. The storms had a massive physical impact on the land, affecting 90,000 square miles – an area the size of Great Britain. Over 80 percent of the city of New Orleans flooded. More than 1.5 million people were directly affected and more than 800,000 citizens were forced to live outside of their homes – the largest displacement of people since the great Dust Bowl migrations of the 1930s”.21
The USA has also in recent times suffered from some of the severest weather conditions including multiple destructive tornadoes, severe fires, very severe winters accompanied by freezing snow and ice (one of which brought Washington, the nation’s capital, to a stand still for many days earlier this year of 2010). There has also been the economic melt down and financial slump. Since her new president, President Barak Obama, took office in 2009, he has placed great pressure on Israel to give up East Jerusalem to be the capital of the Palestinian state. On March 26, 2010, when the Prime Minister of Israel, Binyamin Netanyahu met with President Barak Obama at the White house, it was widely reported how he was humiliated by the President, who walked out and left him until he could give him an answer over the land settlement in East Jerusalem. 22 Whereas other presidents have failed to get Israel to give up East Jerusalem, President Obama is determined to do so while he is in office.
President Obama took his Oath of Office with his hand on the Bible of the late President of the USA, President Abraham Lincoln. That Bible contains Yahweh's Word, therefore President Obama should be aware that Yahweh is the Elohim of Israelis, who are the descendants of Abraham, Yahweh's friend with whom He first made His covenant four thousands years ago (Isaiah 41:8). An Elohim of His Word, Who is unchangeable and Who keeps Israel and never slumbers or sleep (Psalm 121) and Who will always fight on behalf of the children of Israel, whom He has supernaturally blessed. Therefore, to treat the Prime Minister of Israel with contempt over the settlement of East Jerusalem, is in essence an affront to Yahweh, the Elohim of Israel. After the treatment which was meted out to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, someone asked the question: “Has President Obama gone too far?”
In less than a month after Israel’s Prime Minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, was humiliated by President Barak Obama; Elohim Yahweh's anger was swift upon the USA. This was demonstrated by the mighty explosion on April 20, 2010 on one of the most modern oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. It has been the worse disaster in recorded history and in spite of everything that has been done to cap the spill; at least 700, 000 barrels of crude oil are pouring out each day.23 No one knows the true amount that is being poured out daily.
The oil rig disaster in the Gulf of Mexico has been one of USA’s greatest disasters, and one of the biggest headaches of any president of the USA. However, it is one which President Barak Obama has to bear and likewise the peoples of USA, especially those in the Gulf states. Whereas other disasters came to an end or were contained, there is no end to the oil spill and its devastation. No one knows if or when it will come to an end, in spite of the measures being taken to cap the spill which has greatly affected the environment, and the ecology, the economy and the livelihoods of many of the people in the region and far beyond with the dire consequences.
THE OIL SPILL IN THE GULF OF MEXICO IS ANOTHER OF YAHWEH'S JUDGMENTS UPON THE USA BECAUSE OF THE STANCE OF HER PRESIDENT OVER JERUSALEM YAHWEH'S CITY (2 Chronicles 6: 6) AND HIS DETERMINATION TO GIVE IT OVER TO THE ARABS. YAHWEH'S ANGER AGAINST THE USA HAS BEEN SWIFT AND WILL REMAIN UNABATED!! THE USA WILL YET EXPERIENCE GREATER JUDGMENTS FOR HER PRESIDENT’S TREATMENT OF ISRAEL’S PRIME MINITER AND HIS INSISTENCE IN PRESSURING ISRAEL TO GIVE UP EAST JERUSALEM, PART OF THE LAND YAHWEH RESTORED TO HER IN 1967. SHE WILL PAY THE PRICE FOR HIS DEALINGS WITH ISRAEL!!!
ELOHIM YAHWEH WILL NOT BOW TO THE USA!! Instead He will deal severely with her and will bring her to her knees!!! It is therefore time for the peoples of the USA to realise that His anger is turned against them and seek His face in righteousness. It is time for them to acknowledge their sins and in penitence go into fasting and prayer before Yahweh, their Elohim, Who alone can pardon them and help them in this great calamity. They need to confess their wrongs and that of their President in the affairs of Israel, and ask for Yahweh's pardon and forgiveness. Then in the Name of Yahushua, they are to humbly plead with Him to bring the oil spill to an end, avert further catastrophic judgments upon their country and prosper their nation once again. As they fast and pray, Yahweh Who is loving and forgiving, may relent from His fierce anger and extend to them His mercy and grace.
WHO WILL BE THE NEXT RULER JERUSALEM??
The nations of the world are looking at Israel as the main cause why permanent peace is not in the region. The main contention is the city of East Jerusalem. Many believe that once East Jerusalem is given over to the Palestinians as their capital and there are two separate states, peace will be established in the region. However, What does Word of our Elohim say about this particular time in this world’s history and the impending doom of Israel??
First we will look at the old city of East Jerusalem which has been voted to be the capital of the new state of Palestine and which the USA and others are pressuring Israel to give it up. The matter which is being overlooked by governments and others is that JERUSALEM DOES NOT BELONG TO THE JEWS, OR TO THE PALESTINIANS, or to any man upon this earth. JERUSALEM IS THE ONLY CITY OR PLACE ON EARTH WHICH YAHWEH CLAIMS AS HIS OWN!! Concerning this we read in 2 Chronicles 6:
“4 . . . Blessed be [Adonai Elohim] the Lord God of Israel, who hath with his hands fulfilled that which he spake with his mouth to my father David, saying, 5 Since the day that I brought forth my people out of the land of Egypt I chose no city among all the tribes of Israel to build an house in, that my name might be there; neither chose I any man to be a ruler over my people Israel: 6 but I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there”.
And in Matthew 5: 35, Yahushua, Himself said:
“34 but I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is [Yahweh's] God’s throne: 35 nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King”.
Yahushua specifically spoke about Jerusalem and made it the key sign of His return to this world. In Luke 21: 24 and 27, He says:
“. . . and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. . . . And then shall they see the Son of man [ Yahushua Ha Mashiach] coming in a cloud with power and great glory”.
In 1967, after almost 2000 years of Gentile rule, the city of East Jerusalem was miraculously given back into the hands of the Jews. From that time in 1967, almost two thousand years of the Gentiles ruling Jerusalem came to an end in fulfilment of Yahushua’s Word. That accounts for the various summits to give Jerusalem to the Arabs . It also account for the hostilities by the Arabs because the Israelis are still in the lands mandated to them in 1923 and in particular her control of the old city, East Jerusalem.
The failure of the Israelis to return East Jerusalem to the Palestinians does not rest with Israel. Neither is it due to stubbornness or defiance on her part. It is because her Elohim, Yahweh, Who is an Elohim of His Word, has ordained it to be so and He does not change (Psalm 89:34). JERUSALEM REMAINING UNDER JEWISH RULE IS THE FULFILMENT OF BIBLE PROPHECY!!
It was forty three years ago that the city of East Jerusalem went back under Jewish rule. Yahushua has told us what will follow next and Who will be the next ruler of Jerusalem. He says in Luke 21: 27:
“And then shall they see the Son of man [Yahushua] coming in a cloud with power and great glory”.
Then Yahushua admonishes his people in Luke 21: 28:
“And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh”.
The next ruler of the city of East Jerusalem will not be the Palestinians or any other nation. THE NEXT RULER WILL BE KING YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH, Who will re-create the world and bring down from Heaven, the city New Jerusalem in place of the city of East Jerusalem (Revelation 21: 1, 2).
WILL THE NEW OFFENSIVE OVER GAZA BRING ON THE TRUE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON??
Under humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza due to the blockade imposed by Israel, the Arabic nations led by Turkey, have succeeded in uniting the nations of the world against Israel. Hence the flotillas which are now going to Gaza.
There is no question that the peoples of Gaza are suffering. Their suffering however, is due to the actions and policy of their leader, Hamas, to exterminate the Jews and rid the Middle East of the state of Israel. The people of Gaza are suffering and need all the humanitarian help they can be given; as well as to be liberated. However, the situation in Gaza is only the tip of the iceberg!!
The Arabic nations are determined to exterminate Israel and they have on board many nations who are sympathetic, due to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Due to the financial crises, heavy debts and other troubles, as well as the secularism and sheer ungodliness of the once prosperous western nations; Islam is now organised to take the rest of the world and impose Sharia Law. Islam’s history of how she took the Middle East and many other countries is well documented. The ongoing terrorism which is being carried out in these western countries and which the western world is spending billions of their currencies to prevent, is an indication of what lies ahead as Islam wages her campaign for world domination.
Nothing takes Yahweh Elohim by surprise. It is now the time of the Elohim and Creator of this world, the Elohim of Abraham, Isaac and Israel to take action against the nations of the world, put an end Satan’s evil reign and give the earth her Sabbaths!!
Under the Gaza cause the Arabic nations are united and are supported by many nations. Thus they have began their assault upon Israel which will intensify rapidly as they push in their offensive to take all Israel and exterminate the Israelis. Unknown to the Arabic nations and the nations who are supporting them, is that they have made war against Elohim of host, Yahweh Sabaoth. Thus by their offensive which is to really to get rid of the state of Israel, they are setting in motion THE LAST BATTLE OF ELOHIM, THE ALMIGHTY!! THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON!!
YAHWEH’S PROPHECIES ABOUT THE NATIONS WHO FIGHT AGAINIST ISRAEL!!
Now that the nations are united because of the situation in Gaza, it is important to know what Yahweh Sabaoth, the Elohim of angel armies has prophesied about these times and how He will deal with the nations who are fighting against Israel; and in essence, fighting against Him. Two such prophecies are written in Ezekiel Chapters 38 and 39, from which I will quote a few verses:
Ezekiel 38: 21-23:
“21 And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith [Adonai Elohim] the Lord God: every man’s sword shall be against his brother. 22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. 23 Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am [Adonai] the Lord”.
Ezekiel 39: 1-6:
“1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith [Adonai Elohim] the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: 2 and I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: 3 and I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. 4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. 5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith [Adonai Elohim] the Lord God. 6 And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am [Adonai] the Lord”.
Then in Zechariah 14:3- 11, we read:
“3 Then shall [Adonai] the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. . . . and [Adonai my Elohim] the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee…. 9 And [Adonai ] the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one [Adonai] Lord, and his name one. . . . 11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited”.
We also read in Isaiah 13: 3-13:
“ 3 I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness.
4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: [Adonai] the Lord of hosts mustereth the host of the battle. . . .11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.. . . 13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of [Adonai ] the Lord of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger”.
In Zechariah 12:9, Yahweh says:
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem”.
Likewise in Zechariah 14:3, it is written:
“Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle”.
It is also written in Jeremiah 25: 32-33:
32 Thus saith [Adonai] the Lord of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth.
33 And the slain of [Adonai] the Lord shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground”.
Yahweh also says in Zechariah 12: 1-10:
“The burden of the word of [Adonai ] the Lord for Israel, saith [Adonai ] the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. 2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. 3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it. . . . 8 In that day shall [Adonai] the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem. . 9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem”.
In Revelation 16: 12-21, concerning the battle of Armageddon, it is written:
“12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. . . . to gather them to the battle of that great day of [Elohim] God Almighty. . . . 16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. 18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. . . . 20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. 21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed [Elohim] God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great”.
ARE YOU READY TO MEET KING YAHUSHUA THE NEXT RULER OF JERUSALEM??
The hostilities and escalating troubles in this world, the great and unusual disasters occurring in the world, including the giant sinkholes which are now appearing in some countries, including China, along with heightened Gaza conflict, will get far worse. The troubles over East Jerusalem (which King Yahushua says will not be ruled again by Gentiles (Luke 21: 24)), along with all the great disasters, financial melt down and other terrible troubles in the world, are all signs that the end of all things are upon the world.
It is also evident that Yahushua, our Saviour and King, is now ready to return to this world for His children in fulfilment of His promise in John 14: 1-3. To assure us of the certainty and urgency of His return and to prepare us for that glorious Day, Yahushua says in Revelation 22: 12-14:
“12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
In Matthew 24:36-44, Yahushua admonished us:
“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. . . 42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your [Adonai] Lord doth come. 43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. 44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh”.
These prophecies of Yahushua are being fulfilled and soon we shall see our beloved Saviour returning in glory and splendour. The Question is: ARE YOU READY FOR HIS GLORIOUS RETURN??
YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH IS COMING!! TIME TO REJOICE!!
The terrible events which are unfolding around us should not fill us with trembling and fear. Instead, as followers of King Yahushua, we should rejoice, knowing that at any time from now He will return for us and bring the deliverance He has promised.
This is not the time for anyone to be to be fearful and afraid. It is the time for those who have accepted Yahushua as Saviour to be ready and waiting for that grand and glorious Day. It is also time for those who are not prepared to meet Him to accept Him as their Saviour and to make their calling and election sure (2 Peter 1:10). He loves the human race, hence the reason He came from His throne to this world where he suffered and died for every one to give them everlasting life because He has no pleasure in the death of anyone (John 3: 14-18). It does not matter what they have done or the gods they have worshipped and served. Yahushua’s hands of mercy is still extended to them. To such ones He says:
“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me”.
“ . . . and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.”
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of [Yahushua] God: 9 not of works, lest any man should boast”.
This is the time to confess and put sins out of our lives. It is time to give ourselves over to the Ruach Ha Kodesh, so that He can fill us with His spirit and prepare us to meet Yahushua, our Saviour. It is time to put our houses in order, and to pray with one another and pray for one another. It is time to witness to our relatives, friends and those around us and encourage them to invite Yahushua to be their Saviour, Who loves them and died to save them from the curse of sin and death. It is the time for ministers, pastors, evangelists, bishops, archbishops, the Pope and all who minister to Yahweh's children, to bring to their attention the seriousness of the times and to encourage them to be ready for the coming of Yahushua, their Saviour. IT IS TIME TO PUT RELIGION ASIDE AND HAVE A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH KING YAHUSHUA, OUR SAVIOUR AND REDEEMER. It is time for everyone of us who love and follow King Yahushua Ha Mashiach to keep our eyes fixed upon the eastern sky because at anytime 1 Thessalonians 4: 16,17, will be fulfilled. It says:
“For [ King Yahushua] the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of [Yahweh] God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet [Yahushua] the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with [King Yahushua] the Lord”.
By Yahushua’s grace it is my prayer that you will be among those who will hail Him as Saviour and King at His return and say:
“. . . Lo, this is our [Elohim] God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the [ADONAI] LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation”. Isaiah 25:9.
These are troublous times and conditions world-wide will get far worse. It is not the time to take for granted the unusual happenings which are in this world. Neither is it the time to be blind to what is taking happening over Gaza and the flotillas from Turkey, Iran, Lebanon and other countries. THE FLOTILLAS ALONG WITH THE ARMED FORCES ARE SET ON DESTROYING THE STATE OF ISRAEL AND TO HAVE A PALESTINIAN STATE IN PLACE, WITH EAST JERUSALEM AS THE CAPITAL.
ELOHIM YAHWEH WILL NOT ALLOW THE ISRAELIS TO BE EXTERMINATED. Therefore, based upon Yahushua’s Word in Luke 21:24, the offensive by the Arabic nations to bring in the state of Palestine and to remove the state of Israel ARE SURE SIGNS THAT KING YAHUSHUA IS COMING FOR HIS CHILDREN!!
LET US THEREFORE BE READY AND WAITING FOR THAT GRAND AND GLORIOUS DAY OF OUR SAVIOUR’S RETURN. It will be the Day when He will deliver all His children and bring an end to Satan’s evil and deceptive reign in this world. To this I say: COME KING YAHUSHUA, QUICKLY COME AND DELIVER YOUR PEOPLE AS YOU HAVE PROMISED (John 14:1-3)!!
By Yahushua’s grace may you ready and waiting to meet Him in peace and to hail Him as your personal Saviour from sin as He takes His followers back to Heaven to spend one thousand years of heavenly bliss with Him (Revelation 20:6). That will then be followed by the final Judgment when He will judge all those who have rejected Him and will give them their reward in the lake of fire with Satan and his demonic hosts (Revelation 20: 10-15). Yahushua will the create the new heavens and the new earth with the new Jerusalem as its capital. There in the new earth His redeemed children will live in peace and happiness throughout the ceaseless ages of eternity (Revelation 21 and 22).
